Doha, Qatar – 30 May 2010: The Pearl-Qatar celebrated Tse Yang, the latest in its series of flagship restaurants, which will officially open its doors on June 5th. Tse Yang has been brought to The Pearl-Qatar by Hospitality Development Company (HDC) and is famed worldwide for the elegance and sophistication of its authentic Chinese cuisine. Tse Yang comprises a formal restaurant, private dining facilities, and an elegant lounge bar to cater for all occasions. .
The guests were entertained with performances from leading Chinese musicians, including violinist Diana Yukawa and the Chinese quartet Silk Strings, which specializes in bringing classical and modern Chinese music to a wider audience. The Tse Yang story began in Paris, the culinary capital of the world, in 1980. Since then it has brought its unique blend of classic Chinese cuisine and contemporary dining to cities as far afield as Geneva, Munich, New York and now Doha.
